These terms and conditions govern the business relationship between Arboris Seeds (Arborissimo Kft.) and our wholesale customers for the supply of tree and shrub seeds across Europe.
Arboris Seeds operates exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. All orders must be placed by registered companies, nurseries, or professional growers. We do not sell to individual consumers.

Prices are provided upon quote request and may vary based on quantity, species, and seasonal availability. Payment terms are agreed individually with each customer. Standard payment methods include bank transfer and agreed commercial credit terms for established customers.
We deliver across Europe. Delivery times and shipping costs are confirmed with each order. Seeds are carefully packaged to ensure optimal preservation during transport.
All seeds are collected fresh from the current season's harvest and undergo quality control. We guarantee the species authenticity and germination rates according to industry standards. Any quality concerns must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of seed products, returns are only accepted in cases of proven quality defects or delivery errors. Claims must be made within 14 days with photographic evidence.
Phytosanitary certificates are provided for international shipments as required by destination country regulations. Additional documentation fees may apply.
Arboris Seeds is not liable for germination failures resulting from improper storage, planting conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Growing success depends on factors including soil, climate, and cultivation practices.
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary.
